What the service covers
Companies change over time: a shareholder joins, a director leaves, the scope of business widens, a share changes hands. Most of these have to be reflected in the founding documents and the Commercial Register — and some require a notarial deed.
We prepare the documents, arrange the notary where one is needed, and file for registration of the change. You decide what should change; we make sure it is formally sound.
The most common matters are share transfers, changes of managing director, changes of registered office, widening the scope of business, and changes to share capital.
