  • Administrative, court and notarial fees, translations, certifications and other external expenses are itemised separately. They are not automatically included in Legaria's fee.

What we need from you

  • Proof of identity for every shareholder and managing director
  • Consent of the property owner to the registered address
  • Criminal record extract for the managing director (from the country of origin for foreign nationals)
  • Chosen company name and scope of business

Do not send identity documents through the public form. We will arrange secure handover at the appropriate stage.

What the service covers

We form your limited liability company from start to finish. We check that the chosen name is available, draft the memorandum or deed of association, arrange the notary, register the trade and file for entry in the Commercial Register.

You supply the basic details about the shareholders, the managing director and the scope of business. Everything else — including dealing with the notary, the trade licensing office and the registry court — is on us.

We form both single-member and multi-member companies. Where shareholders are foreign nationals, we advise which documents are needed and how to have them officially translated.
