What the service covers
We form your limited liability company from start to finish. We check that the chosen name is available, draft the memorandum or deed of association, arrange the notary, register the trade and file for entry in the Commercial Register.
You supply the basic details about the shareholders, the managing director and the scope of business. Everything else — including dealing with the notary, the trade licensing office and the registry court — is on us.
We form both single-member and multi-member companies. Where shareholders are foreign nationals, we advise which documents are needed and how to have them officially translated.
