What the service covers

What the service covers

Every company entered in the Commercial Register needs a registered office and the property owner's consent to it. We provide the address, issue the consent in a form the registry court will accept, and take care of incoming mail.

We log incoming correspondence and pass it to you without delay — scanned and physically, whichever suits you. Official mail is flagged as a priority, because deadlines start running from delivery.

The registered office can be set up alongside company formation or changed for a company that already exists. For an existing company it is a change to a registered particular — we handle that too.
