What the service covers
A company you no longer need does not cease to exist because you stopped using it. While it remains in the register the obligations continue — financial statements, tax returns, the data box. Liquidation is how you end it properly.
We run the whole process: the decision to dissolve the company with liquidation, registration of the liquidator, notice to creditors, settlement of liabilities and receivables, closing accounts, and the application to delete the company from the Commercial Register.
The proceedings run through several statutory stages that have to follow one another, and some of them have a fixed minimum duration. You get the schedule at the outset so you know what to expect.
